I am 5-8, 34dd, and about 150-160 pounds. I am smaller on top with narrow shoulders and wider hips. I typically wear a medium in clothing, but I sized down to a S in this dress. If you have broad shoulders/wider back, it might be true to size. I ordered the M as well and it was too big in the top and too voluminous on the bottom. Also, the circle pattern in the medium was exactly over my chest, which looked odd. The dress is the perfect midi length for my height. It is comfortable and cute–so checks all my boxes. My only complaint is the price–which is high for a cotton dress, but it appears well-made.
